No matter what happens, the sun will rise every day. I did a thing. It’s been 5 weeks & this time has taught me a few things.

1. Patience
2. Slow down
3. It’s ok, this too shall pass
4. Creativity can happen when you are stationary
5. My sons are amazing;, I am so blessed
6. I was moving through life without REALLY looking.
7. Life can change in a second & you need to adjust accordingly
8. Finding inner peace & acceptance
9. Letting go of judgment
10. I miss my nature hikes

Even though it seems to others as ONLY a fractured foot, it was detrimental to me. I am constantly moving. In fact, even after it happened, I still kept moving, thinking it was only a sprain. It was clear after a week of trying hobble around, it was not a sprain. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Never in my life has something effected me physically, so this was a hard thing to accept. Nevertheless, I am here.

It is with self love that I accept my hindrance & find nature in other ways. Like the sunrise in the image. I woke up & watched the sunrise one morning. It was magnificent. 🤩 Every day is something new. And we choose to ride with it or fight it.
