7 years ago I started new, unknown,mysterious adventure with Reflexology...little did I know it would be love from the first testimonial...I just couldn't believe that did not teach this everyone in school.Fast forward to 2024...I am closely following new trends and new ways of delivering this therapy to people..and I am bringing the news to my Reflexology practice if they resonate with me..here is my personal observation where is the future of Reflexology heading...
1)Combos of feet hands or face and ears etc...
2)Therapeutic but not extremely painful sessions are in..trick of the trades taught by master reflexologists ...
3)Vagus Nerve obsession..just like that working effectively on Vagus Nerve is probably the hottest trend going on for few years now
4)Definitely adding acupressure points knowledge which is not commonly taught in Reflexology schools..remember eflexology is different that acupressure or massage
5)More Reflexologists choosing the power of herbal medicine by adding essential oils to their practices
6)Definitely EARS are the new hottest body part to be working on
7)Using TCM deep knowledge and experience making it all about meridians, chi and elements...
8)Reflexology at home self help going viral..definitely a new hottest trend...post pandemic residue

9)Light machines/sound healing/ice and hot stone/meditation...adding special effects .
10)Reflexology in motion and Lymphatic Drainage

In the last couple of years I stumbled across term Ear Reflexology..
Being Reflexologist for many years I have never looked for this part of the body as a potential modality in the field of Reflexology...
I decided to dig in deeper and took 2 trainings with 2 different teachers to learn more about what can EARS do for healing and/or maintaining health..

Each September I celebrate birth of my first child.I am mom of 3 and all of my children were born in the hospital.
This September I was so fortunate to meet one of my personal heroes at the
where she shared her knowledge as a nurse and her own natural birth experience.
After hearing her talk I am now convinced I was robbed on having 3 beautiful natural births and instead had 3 toxic and traumatic hospitals birth (by the design)
