In collaboration with the UTM Career Centre, UTM STEM Fellowship brings to you the "How to Communicate with Employers Workshop"!! This workshop will help you discover how to communicate your strengths with a keen focus on cover letter and resume writing as well as LinkedIn branding.

The workshop with be facilitated by Sooin Park, an Employment Strategist at the UTM Career Centre. Sooin is a passionate Certified Career Development Practitioner in Ontario with over 20 years of facilitating and counseling experience in community and educational settings!!

Our 4️⃣ panelist is Dr. Sigh! 🎉

Dr Ramandeep Singh is a Consultant Psychiatrist in Wrexham, Wales UK.
She has 22 years of experience working in Psychiatry of which 15 years is as a Consultant. In her clinical practice she specialises in the field of Psychiatry of Adults with Learning Disabilities. Her special interests includes Autism, ADHD, Dementia and Challenging Behaviour.
Dr Singh has also been a medical panel member of the Mental Health Tribunal services for both England and Wales since 2013. In this role she deals with complex patients detained under the Mental Health Act. She is appointed in this role by the Ministry of Justice.
She has got previous management and teaching experience.

In her free time, Dr Singh is a keen hiker and is an active member of Chester walking club which is the longest running walking club in the UK. She leads several mountain walks for this group. Her goal is to get even better with her orienteering and map reading skills. She is also keen on mindfulness meditation, spirituality and yoga which she practices on a daily basis.

Our 3️⃣ panelist is Shefaly Gunjai! 🎉

Shefaly is a passionate diversity, equity, inclusion and social impact professional based in Toronto, Ontario of the Haudenosaunee, Anishinabewaki, Attiwonderonk, and the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation. Currently, she is the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Citizen Relations, a global PR and Communications creative agency. She has received an Honors BA in Environmental Management and a Master of Science in Sustainability Management from UofT. She has lots of experience and this includes over 5 years of working with various UN organizations focusing on food security, gender equality, social sustainability and EDI. She was also the impact research lead for Accelerate Her Future!

Our 2️⃣ panelist is Dr. Sayani! 🎉

Ambreen is a postdoctoral fellow at Women’s College Hospital doing patient-oriented research regarding lung cancer screening. She aims to learn from underserved communities to remove barriers to care and work towards an equitable healthcare system. She is also an adjunct Professor in York University’s Health Policy and Equity department. Additionally, she is a medical surgeon from Dubai specializing in oncology.

Our 1️⃣ panelist is Juhi Khatri 🎉

Juhi is Toronto based product designer passionate about solving complex problems by designing simple solutions. She has a business technology management degree from Ryerson University, similar to the Digital Enterprise Management program here at UTM.
Having worked in both corporate and agency environments, Juhi has now started her own business! She uses her experience to help small to mid sized businesses align their business goals with their online identities.
