We had a fun time molding the real handguns from Boondock Saints and making these movie rubber replicas, special 25th anniversary edition.

Have you seen Priscilla yet? It’s out in theatres now!

We did a variety of props for this film, including a custom Elvis police badge, some rubber guns, two custom jewelry boxes, and resin cups that wouldn’t break if the actor dropped them. We also refurbished an antique cake topper for their wedding scene, and made bows for Priscilla’s puppy.

Also, if you saw the movie, what did you think?

We made these round riot shields for Titans S4. They needed to easily attach to the back of the actors riot gear which was a bit tricky. We were really happy with how they turned out.

Designed in house, the shields are vacuum formed plastic with CNC machined components.

Metropolis police badges we made for Titans S4. These were 3D printed and painted silver with blue and black enamel details. We did a lot of these, each set had a chest badge, hat badge, and collar pins.

Safe corkscrews we did for Titans season 4.

These were surprisingly difficult to mold and cast because of how thin some parts are. The handle is smooth cast 300 resin, and the corkscrew itself is a wire covered in heat shrink tubing to make it safe to put up against the actors skin.

Another custom dagger we made for Titans.

Just like the other ones, they provided a 3D file, then we printed and molded it. There is one hero dagger with a metal blade, and the rest are rubber.

The last picture is of the original printed dagger that we sanded and molded.

Some little gemstones we made for Titans.

They provided a 3D model, we printed one and molded it, then cast 5 copies in transparent red resin.

They kinda looked a bit like Jolly Ranchers, but the internal glow they added in the show really sells it.

We’re really happy with how this T60 power armour helmet turned out. Hopefully the rest of the suit will follow.

Almost all the parts were 3D printed, we couldn’t use any metal because of Fan Expos prop rules. Probably a good thing we didn’t because it was heavy enough without any metal parts.

The majority of the work on this was sanding, and then we painted and assembled everything, including the electronics to make the barrel spin and the button light up.

So proud of our team for winning the replica prop contest with our replica of the Laser Gatling Gun from Fallout 4! We are really pleased with how this prop turned out and so glad we were able to compete.

This prop definitely wins the prize for largest mold. We made 10 of these rubber guard staffs for a fight scene in Titans season 4.

There was no hard hero version for this prop, so they’re all rubber. Once again, they provided
us with concept art and a 3D model that we 3D printed and then molded. These staffs were cast in task 16 and flex foam it 6, and then painted.

Order and Chaos daggers we made for season 4 of Titans. They provided us with concept art and a 3D model that we printed on our resin printer.

We made 4 rubber daggers and 2 hero ones with aluminum blades and resin handles. Can you tell which is which?

For the rubber ones we molded the 3D print, cast them in Task 16 and painted them to look like the hero props. The hero ones were a more involved process. For each one, we cut out an aluminum blade on our CNC, inserted it into the mold and cast the handle in the appropriate colour of resin. The gold accents are all painted on.

We made these red gemstones for Titans season 4. They provided a 3D model and concept art. We printed the stone on our resin printer, and molded it in Mold Star 30. These are cast in smooth cast 325 resin that we dyed different colours of red and orange. We also added the chain.

Another look at one of the daggers we made for for Titans season 4.

They provided the 3D file, and we did the print, finishing, and LEDs. We made more than one version of these daggers, with and without the blade. The blade itself was 3D printed in clear resin. The handles with no blades included magnets to keep them in the sheath.

Another look at the space suit we made for Apple TVs Jane, with some work in progress photos.

As with any project, it underwent a lot of changes before it was finished. Swipe to the end to see our original concept sketch —>

We made this helmet for Apple TVs new show Jane. It was fully 3D modelled and printed in house. The visor goes up and down, and it’s fitted with a fan and LED lights.

We haven’t spotted it in the show, so they may have decided not to use it, but we wanted to share it anyway.

So excited that this show is finally out on Apple TV. This is not the kind of work we usually get to do, so we were thrilled to have the opportunity to work with to make this space suit for Jane. We did this project way back in 2021, so we waited quite a while for the show to come out, and we’re really pleased with how the suit looks.

We made two costumes consisting of jumpsuit, gloves and boots, and they added the collar piece that she’s wearing in the show. We also made a helmet but it seems to have not made it into the final show (at least I haven’t spotted it).

Another look at the badges we made for Gotham Knights, along with some scenes from the show where you get a good view of them. These were all 3D modelled, printed, and painted in house.

We made these Gotham City police badges, hat badges, and GCPD collar pins for the new series Gotham Knights. The first three episodes are out now, have you seen them yet?

All of these badges were 3D modelled in house, printed on our resin printer and finished with chrome paint and black enamel.

We made these rubber Ma**er 8 rifles for Netflix’s Luckiest Girl Alive. It’s always fun to see our props in action.
