For Dolan Foods, meat is a family affair. We cherish the memory of John P. Dolan and Sons on Church Street, in Roscommon, Ireland. The shop was founded in 1917, by Pearse Dolan’s grandfather. It was a local favourite until they closed their doors in 1992.
