Phase 1: Complete renovation of the lounge area, bar, and outdoor patio, including electrical, lighting, fire alarm, security, demolition, and temporary power.

Phase 2: Renovation of the existing kitchen and dining area. This included completely demolishing the existing space, installing all new kitchen equipment and dining area features, and new electrical, lighting, communications, and connections to mechanical equipment.

As of March 1, the provincial government has increased the income eligibility thresholds by up to 35%, allowing more families to receive monthly credits on their electricity bills.

Now, households of five or more with a combined after-tax income of $71,000 qualify, a substantial increase from the previous $52,000 threshold. This adjustment aims to make electricity more affordable for an estimated 100,000 additional Ontario households.�
