Whitetail Bakery is proud to offer quality, simple, great baking. No fillers or questionable ingredients. It really is just good baking from me to you with with a focus on locally sourced ingredients.

The secret to great baking without using ingredients with funny spelling? Technique. I am a trained Chef having graduated from Humber College. After I realized restaurants were not for me, I switched into the baking and pastry field, gaining experience in many bakeries across the GTA. 10 years later and I am happy to announce my venture Whitetail Bakery, a by-appointment and pop-up bakery.
