Job Description: Your main responsibilities will be fabricating/welding, both MIG and TIG on a day-to-day basis. Exceptional TIG skills with aluminum is a must. Knowledge of power tools is a must. You will be expected to complete jobs to meet delivery deadlines. To achieve this, you will be working both alone and as a team depending on the job. Your work will enable the company to maintain its level of quality and remain a leader in the industry.

Requirements and Qualifications: You will need skilled in all aspects of welding/fabricating. You will need to be motivated, a good leader, a self-starter, with great attention to detail. You need to be strong in time management, organization skills, leadership, communications skills. You will be, occasionally, required for weekend and/or evening work, with short notice. Able to lift 50 pounds.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

· Fabrication and assembly of custom orders
· Cutting material for orders on the Table Saw
· General maintenance and upkeep of the Table Saw
- Sanding/Prepping custom orders for finishing
- High Attention to fine detail

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

· Minimum 3 Years woodworking experience
· Cabinetry experience
· Familiar with Hand Tools, Table Saws, Router
· Able to follow and work from Drawings
· Fluently speak, read, and write English
