The first week of NDS' 12 Days of Holiday Fun is done. Our staff and their kids had an early visit from Santa at the Kid's Holiday Party. Everyone got into the spirit with the Door and Desk Decorating Contest. Followed up by an Ornament Decorating Station in the lunchroom.

The old steel sectional doors had become waterlogged from multiple wash downs. As a result of the absorbed moisture, these panels were twice their normal weight causing premature wear and tear on the door operators.

We replaced them with wash down rated and lightweight aluminum doors with polycarbonate panels. These polycarbonate doors allowed natural light into the receiving bay to increase visibility for more thorough wash downs.

We're proud to announce that our 61st truck is hitting the road! This one is going to be heading to our Ottawa branch for a lucky technician.

We converted these mechanical dock levelers to hydraulic for this Carstairs Alberta warehouse to lower maintenance costs and simplify operations.

As part of their food safety compliance, Ryder in Calgary was looking to get fresh air in while keeping bugs out with a new bug screen doo

After the bug door was installed, the gaps on the sides were sealed all around with mesh to give them total protection.

Thanks to everyone who was able to join us for our weekend Company Retreat at Blue Mountain! We hope everyone had a great time between the presentations and team-building activities such as the scavenger hunt, golfing, gondola rides, hiking, mountain coaster and zip lining.

Our Calgary team had their Monthly Review Breakfast again today. As a special bonus, we also had a baby shower for a soon-to-be mom to celebrate.

This logistics warehouse in Guleph was challenged to accommodate the variety of vehicles that would arrive for product pick-ups or delivery. They needed two of their position converted to handle trucks other than just semi-trailer trucks.

Northern Dock Systems developed the solution for a custom ramp and platform. The custom 30,000 lbs capacity ramp and platform is adjustable for easier loading and unloading of light-duty vehicles.
