Gym Suit Sale will be hosting a gym suit and accessories sale on Saturday October 19 from 10:00am-2:00pm at our location. There will be various styles and sizes available for purchase. We hope to see you there!

Please note though the Summer Classes Mini Term runs over a 7 week period from July 8 to August 23, 2024there will only be 6 classes provided as we will be closed the week of August 3 - 11, 2024. The fees have been prorated to reflect the closure.

Summer Adult Class Pop-Ups are starting! The first one is on Monday July 15.

Super proud of these young ladies performiance at their last competition of the season. This also marks the end of Team Focus KSG’s first year competing in Power Tumbling. A special shout out to Coach Laura for a phenomenal job. Thank you to Coach Megan who also assisted the team. Looking forward to what next season will bring! Well done athletes and coaches.

Our adult gymnasts were not ready for the session to be over so we’ve added two more classes.

We are looking for energetic athletes ages 5+ to be part of our Developmental and Competitive program.

Tryouts are an assessment to determine each participants current skill level and potential. Trialists will be assessed on their physical strength, flexibility, coordination, agility, enthusiasm, courageousness, ability to apply and accept feedback and their overall mindset. While each participant is not guaranteed a spot in any Developmental or Competitive Program, each participant will be given a recommendation on next steps.

We are super proud of our Interclub Power Tumbling athletes! This is the first time TEAM FOCUS KSG has had athletes competing in Interclub Power Tumbling. Way to go ladies and a special shout out to Coach Laura! This is only the beginning.

Join us for our POP-UP Tumbling 1 Class – Are you interested in signing up your child or children for tumbling classes but not sure if they will enjoy it? Or need an evening activity or even a make-up class? Our Pop- Up Class is the way to go! Our trained coaches will lead them through a version of our regular classes. Each participant will have the opportunity to do work on the various progressions for tumbling skills using equipment such as the sprung floor, tumbling track and trampoline . No experience is required.

Or need an afternoon activity or even a make-up class? Our Pop- Up Class is the way to go! Our trained coaches will lead them through a version of our regular classes. Each participant will have the opportunity to do some gymnastics skills using equipment such as the bars, balance beam, trampoline and sprung floor. No experience is required.

The Parent Portal will open on Tuesday, October 31 at 1:00pm for current active members only! Active member means that your child is currently taking a class. You must log into your account in Jackrabbit to enroll.
