Responsibilities:
1. Tracing of freight which includes looking for missing freight, looking up POD'S and B/L'S , finding out when a shipment was delivered etc.
2. Exception reports for customers with dropped trailers
3. All ODFL requests, inbound and outbound, emails & phone calls
4. Requests by customers and terminals via phone calls or emails
5. Gathering information on shortage no pros, no goods etc and finding common issues to report to Supervisor.
6. Calling the customer with exceptions to verify possible damages, shortages, re-routing and various other duties as requested by customer regarding delivery problems.
7. Obtaining return authorizations from customers or authorizations to reroute or re-deliver as required. Obtaining phone numbers, confirming terms etc.
8. Answering emails within 45 minutes
9. Dealing with upset customers

Requirements:
2 years experience with
Experience working in a environment loading LTL trailers
Ability to lift up to 40lbs

Shift: Days (Monday-Friday)
Location: Mississauga, ON
Rate: $50,000 - $60,000/Year Based on Experience

Responsibilities:

- Complete daily customer reports
- Track and trace customer orders
- Provide superior service to customers, agents, and internal staff
- Assist, mediate, and resolve escalated issues
- Responsible for servicing customers across 3 terminals

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of transportation experience in an environment
- Strong understanding of LTL cross dock environment
- Good computer skills with previous experience is an asset
- Strong ability to negotiate and resolve customer complaints

3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities:
1. Backup coverage for Router
2. Manifesting driver deliveries
3. Checking Appointment List to ensure all Freight is out on delivery
4. Answer all emails sent that require next-day delivery, and notes updated in AS400 accordingly
5. Assist dispatch in communications and administration
6. Print Inbound Rail and Maxx trips; stamp the Appointment bills
7. Monitor priority Accounts
