There are so many external challenges that bakers in India face so bravely and the number one being the weather. I remember the first drip cake I ever made while in India. The drip was flowing all the way down the cake to the board ! 🙈😆 I didn't know back then that temperature plays a major role in getting the perfect drip. Temperature of the chocolate to be poured and also how cold the cake is for it to set perfectly.
