Part 7 of the Series: "Becoming Like Noah These Days"
Feeling forsaken is a normal human emotion that most of us experienced, whether we admit it or not. We ask real life questions like:
- Has God forgotten me?
- Where is God?
- When will this storm end?
During the flood, Noah and his family has been inside the ark for days -- safe and well alive. After many weeks and months stuck in the ark, Genesis 8 begins with "then God remembered".
It doesn't mean that God forgets, but "remember" (zakar, Hb.) simply signifies that God is about to do something on behalf of someone (e.g., Noah and his family) at this particular and perfect time. God is never early or late on making things come to pass according to His will. He is always right on time. You and I can always be sure that God never forgets or forsakes His people, not only because of His promises, but also because of His character.
Dear friend, if you are currently "flooded" by all of life's concern, Believe that our God who knows all things. He assures us that nothing about us passes His knowledge, and there is nothing He purposed for us that will not come to pass. He never forgets anything that He has in mind for us, and at His perfect time, He will fulfill His word and will.
If you are in Christ, you can trust that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.
If you are not yet in Christ (that is, you have not yet repented of your sins and believed in the finished work of Jesus on the cross for you), then would you make Him your Lord and Saviour today. Come connect with us by sending us a message. We'd love to hear from you.

Known By Love
Message: "Known by Love"
Revelations 2:1-7
“To the angel of the church in Ephesus write: These are the words of him who holds the seven stars in his right hand and walks among the seven golden lampstands. I know your deeds, your hard work and your perseverance. I know that you cannot tolerate wicked people, that you have tested those who claim to be apostles but are not, and have found them false. You have persevered and have endured hardships for my name, and have not grown weary. Yet I hold this against you: You have forsaken the love you had at first. Consider how far you have fallen! Repent and do the things you did at first. If you do not repent, I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place. But you have this in your favor: You hate the practices of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate. Whoever has ears, let them hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who is victorious, I will give the right to eat from the tree of life, which is in the paradise of God."
From Believing to Knowing
The journey of the Apostle Peter: Calling > Believing > Participating > Failing > Knowing
Our Guaranteed Divine Inheritance
Ephesians 1:13–14 (NKJV)
13 In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise,
14 who is the guarantee of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, to the praise of His glory.
Summary:
1. The GATEWAY to this inheritance is through the SON (v.13a)
2. The GUARANTEE to this inheritance is the SPIRIT (v.13b-v.14a)
3. The GOAL of this inheritance is the GLORY of the FATHER (v.14b)
1 Peter 2:9–10 (NKJV)
9 But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; 10 who once were not a people but are now the people of God, who had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy.
Pursuing Jesus is the Dream
When we delight ourselves with the Lord, HE BECOMES OUR HEART'S DESIRE. His desire becomes our desire. "Those who truly delight in God will desire or ask nothing except ONLY that which pleases Him".
Alert: Be on guard because sometimes, we focus on the reward ("the fulfilling of our desires") RATHER THAN the fulfilling of our responsibility ("delight yourself in the LORD"). If your pursuit of your dream has replaced your pursuit if Jesus, your dream has become your God. However, if we make knowing God our deepest desire, WE WILL FIND OUR GREATEST DREAMS REALIZED DOING GOD'S WILL, GOD'S WAY, AND IN GOD'S TIME.
Discover God's Dream for You
If you are following God’s dreams for yourself and for His kingdom, chances are, YOU HAVE or YOU WILL probably often experience difficulty or resistance to your efforts in many shapes and forms. You might experience rejection, distractions, discouragement or disillusionment. There may be many times you might want to give up. Your dream may even seem to completely die and you wonder if you heard correctly.
WHAT DO WE DO THEN?
...
Ask and seek God. Build an intimate relationship with Him. Know when to contend for those dreams and when to rest in God's providence.

The Joshua Leadership Model
Use your God-given authority not by lording over but in the motivation and attitude of serving. The world’s view of leadership is position, but the Lord’s view of it is serving.
A good leader leads by example.
Challenge:
1. Make a firm personal decision to really serve the Lord together with your family
2. Serve God in sincerity of heart
3. Lead as a servant

Message: "Whose Dreams Are You Pursuing?" by Pstra. Liza Serrano "Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart." Psalm 37:4
A testimony of God's goodness and faithfulness by Sister Emma Claro (from tito Arman's work, to tita Emma's health, and their son's Lester studies/exam/job application): "The reality is that we as Christians are not immune from fear, but we can pray to our Heavenly Father earnestly and fervently, and remind Him of His promises. He is forever good and faithful. Thank you Lord!" "Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7
