Christ the Living Stone Fellowship - Mississauga

The cold, winter season of February did not hinder these men of God to meet and strengthen each other in their walk in the Lord. It is their burning desire for the things of God that motivated them to spend time with their fellow men of God and push each other more towards our Lord Jesus.

To warm ourselves up, we started with a 3.5km winter hike at Crawford Lake Conservation and spent time sharing and fellowshipping with each other throughout the walk. After two hours, we reached our destination at Crawford Lake and took a few minutes to enjoy the beauty of God's creation overlooking the frozen lake.

After a few minutes of picture taking, we then drove back to Christ the Living Stone Fellowship - Mississauga church and ate lunch, before proceeding with some group activity, worshipping the Lord, getting to know each other, and finally, a group sharing and discussion on the topic of "Biblical Masculinity". We need men of God whose masculinity is founded in the example of Christ: sacrificial love, spiritual vision, and strong principles. We need men who knows the word of God, lives them out, and shares it to other men. It was a blessed time for us men to walk together in this journey and prepare as end-time men who will do the will of God as He leads us.

Thank You Lord for winter. All glory belongs to You, Lord!

My house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations. First midweek prayer meeting of the year and it was a battle and warfare.

We declared Psalms 89:14 "Righteousness and justice are the foundation of Your throne; Mercy and truth go before Your face."

Approximately, for the past 10+ years, CLSF Mississauga has been meeting at dawn (5am) every first saturday of the month to pray. We believe that prayer is one of God's most important and high call for the church to which every disciple of Jesus must heed, follow, and obey. The prayer room is a birthplace of intimacy, love, vision, direction, passion, and an enduring spirit that enables the church to know and fulfill that which is foremost to the heart of God. The grace of God has been overflowing to those who has willingly responded to this call over the past years.

Meet this new year's first responders (a.k.a., first dawn prayer of the year prayer warriors + those who prayed from their own homes).

Preparing the end-time church for its calling to be Christ's bride. Like the five wise virgins, fill your end-time church and our lamps with oil, oh Lord, for the coming of the Bridegroom. May you find us on our knees in prayer, Lord Jesus. Let's go 2024!!!

To all of you, CLSF Mississauga families greet you a happy and fulfilled New Year. May Jesus be enthroned in your families this coming 2024. Center and establish your family in the firm foundation that is Jesus!

Christ the Living Stone Fellowship - Mississauga "GIVES BLOOD ON CHRISTMAS DAY.

Two days before Christmas day, 26 brave brethren signed up for a daunting challenge. We partnered with Canadian Blood Services to give one of Canadians vital need especially over the Christmas season: blood.

In the bible, blood speaks mainly of two things: LIFE and COVENANT. In time for the Christmas season, we remember the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, but He did not remain a baby.

Matthew 1:21 retells us what the angel said to Joseph on a dream...
"She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins"

33 years after His birth on a manger in Bethlehem, Jesus offered His life (His blood) on the cross of Calvary for the forgiveness of our sins (Hebrews 9:22), if we believe and put our trust in Him. 2000+ years after, that same covenant through His blood is still available for us who will have faith and follow Him.

Through His blood, all men are saved for eternity, but also through this simple and free act of donating blood, we can save a life here on earth. And so, praise be to God to the 23 brave volunteers (~18 were first time donors) who answered the call to "give blood on Christmas Day. It was nerve-racking but you all overcame. See you again in 3 months (perhaps around lent / resurrection week) for another round of donating blood. Let's go 50-strong next time, or more? Let's be part of "Canada's lifeline" (as inscribed in our post-bandage wrap.)

Praise You Lord for the gift of blood and life. Your love, Lord Jesus, endures forever!

God the Father provided for men (all of us) a way of salvation through Jesus Christ and this season of Christmas reminds us of His coming. What an eternal blessing to be children of God!

Again, this year, CLSF Mississauga also channeled God's blessings to actual children through Samaritan's Purse Operation Christmas Child Canada packing party. We planned, bought, packed, wrote letters, and prayed for each box to be God's way of reaching young children all over the world for Jesus! What a joy to be God's channel of provision and blessings to His young children!

Fishballs and gulaman were served afterwards :) Yum!
