We are now accepting coverage through the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP).

If you have a valid member ID, give us a call at 905 270 5112 or send an email to [email protected], and we'll send a predetermination for the oral health services you need. We want you to be aware of the CDCP coverage you are entitled to, and what your copay will be.

Some examples of services partially covered under the CDCP include:
-Cleaning, scaling, polishing, and fluoride (once per year)
-Examinations and X-rays
-Fillings and root canal treatments.
-Complete and partial removable dentures.
-Oral surgery services, including extractions
