All of my clients appointments are very important to me. Any last minute no-shows or cancellations has direct effect on livelihood and my dream as a small business owner.

Therefore, I will have no choice but to implement a cancellation/no-show policy, as well as a price increase.

A text confirmation will be sent a week prior to your appointment as well as a 48hour reminder.
- No penalty with a cancellation or rescheduling 48 hours before your appointment
-Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours will be charged 50% fee
-No show appointment will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Any bookings in the new year will require a credit card before locking in that appointment.
