MATHIEU GUINDON
Suivant un début de carrière au sein d’un cabinet national en pratiquant principalement en fusions et acquisitions ainsi qu’en financement d’entreprise, et ayant ensuite rejoint l’équipe de direction d’une entreprise manufacturière dans l’industrie du transport, la pratique de Mathieu porte principalement sur les transactions de financement, les fusions et acquisitions, ainsi que les diverses questions de droit corporatif.
