Maaveerar Naal (Great Heroes’ Day; Tamil: மாவீரர் நாள் Māvīrar Nāḷ) is a remembrance day observed by Eelam Tamils to remember the deaths of militants who fought with the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) to achieve an independent Tamil homeland.It is held each year on 27 November, the date on which the first LTTE cadre, Lt. First thing is you can decide yourself who is the beneficiary, it can be your wife, your kids or your husband. ✅ . . . Second thing is your coverage amount won’t decrease, if you took a coverage of 500k for the next 20, 25 years or 30 years and you are paying for example 200$ per month then it will be 200$ per month for the whole duration. ✅ . . . Third thing is when you take individual insurance, even if you decide to change your mortgage with another bank it won’t affect your coverage amount or premium because your coverage and contract is with an insurance company so even if you change the mortgage with another bank, it won’t affect the rates. ✅ . . . Fourth thing is if something happens to you let’s say within the next 10 years, the beneficiaries could be your kids or your wife and they will get the coverage amount. They can take that money and pay off the mortgage and keep the rest of the money. ✅ . . . Fifth thing is that individual insurance is post-approved so that means, they will complete and verify all the medical questions before approving the insurance so if you answered truthfully your beneficiary won’t have any issues, they will get the amount of coverage that you initially applied for. . . . Second thing is the coverage amount decreases over time for example if you buy a house for 500K when you pay your mortgage over time it will decrease, that’s also how the mortgage insurance coverage amount will decrease as well as you pay throughout the years 😱 . . . however, the premium that you will be paying will not decrease, for example if you are paying 200$, you will still pay 200$ till the insurance lapses but the coverage amount will keep decreasing. 🙁 . . . Third thing is when you go to another bank for your mortgage renewal the premium will increase. 😡 . . . Why does it increase? it’s because when you renew your mortgage with another bank, they will consider your age at that time, so you will be obviously be 4 or 5 years older so they will take that age into consideration and give a new rate. 🤨 . . . Part 1 - Ucmas Montreal Program explained By Franchise Owner Mrs. Yasotha Sasi & Vajeethan Sri UCMAS is a math based abacus program, which will enhanced focus, memory power, concentration and with much more benefits. It is a life long brain development program for children aged between 5 to 13 years old.
