F368: The FIRST EPISODE of our Reiki Series is on air.

Many months ago, I decided to start this series with a slightly different goal. But then we decided to begin the first episode with an invited guest.

Also, being the first episode we wanted to go for something that gives an overview of Reiki healing for every level of audience.

In India, we give a very high pedestal to the teacher-student tradition (guru shishya parampara). To this end, we decided to begin the journey with Elena Oulianova , who is also our Reiki Teacher. She is based in Montreal, Canada.

We created a podcast style video in English. However, part of the conversation has been translated to Bengali by to make it more engaging to a larger audience.

We asked some burning questions on Reiki and now you have the opportunity to enjoy the video at the YT channel of Bleuauras.

We had many lighter moments while shooting this video but I was blown away by the fact that Elena has answered all the questions in great detail citing key examples.

Even if you are not from the field of Reiki, you will have some take away from the content. We also touched upon yoga and ta**ra.

F366: The BEST secret of Reiki Healing

Distance Reiki is a very powerful tool of healing as similar to in person Reiki. In Reiki, the receiver connects with the Energy Body (or, Koshas) of the Healer at multiple dimensions to achieve a state of homeostasis.

The best secret of successful Reiki healing lies in the intent of the Healer to manifest the best outcome for the Receiver.

The best intent comes with the act of surrender to the Pure Consciousness or Divine Energy at every turn of life.

The warmth of Reiki Healing continues to spread at Bleuauras. The technique of healing is important but the intent of healing towards the receiver is of supreme importance to manifest positive outcomes.

We all are healers in some way. We all need healing as the physical, mental, vital and the spiritual body embraces negative impacts throughout the day creating a state of disharmony. That is why we need a way to RESET ourselves to mediate healing.

✔️ We are moving to Kolkata, Bharat (India) in June.

✔️ We are fortunate to be an instrument to assist others using Reiki Healing coupled with other modalities of Integrative Medicine as a powerful approach well being.

F363: Client Review on Distance Reiki

Feedback received from a Mumbai-based Bleuwarrior with severe respiratory distress 48 hours after receiving the first Distance Reiki session. Some of the symptoms are very typical of Energy healing. However, Reiki reduced the existing discomfort and the benefits are still persistent.

F362: Ode to my Reiki Guru

Coming from the Hindu tradition in Bharat, I never undermine the importance of Mentor-Disciple tradition (Guru Shishya Parampara) and the lineage of the Guru upto past 3 generations.

A Guru couples the disciple to the Higher Levels of Consciousness and finding a True Guru is a matter of destiny.

We are fortunate to have recognized our Gurus from multiple spiritual lineages. Elena Oulianova in Montreal is instrumental in our spiritual progress when it comes to Reiki. We share a mind blowing relationship filled with fun, intellect and discussions on cross cultural spirituality and Energy Healing.

F361: Attention Reiki Aspirants

Reiki is a Japanese stress reduction technique discovered by Mikao Usui in 1922. Over the past years, my Bharatiya spiritual exposure guided me to understand Reiki at a more deeper level than just a energy healing modality.

Sri Aurobindo and His Yoga played a critical role in this regard. Reiki has much more to offer than just stress reduction which needs an elevated consciousness along with patience and practice.

My inner calling and personal sadhana provoked me to launch a series on Reiki which should be understandable and accessible to the masses who are interested in Reiki or are practicing Reiki Masters.

F355: ✅ How can we evolve with Reiki?

This is a million dollar question but many shy away from it. The Reiki Energy propagates physical and spiritual evolution. But one can reap the fullest benefits of Reiki by making conscious choices in life which a morally and ethically correct.

Here are few ways to integrate Reiki in your life:

✔️ Practice Reiki everyday if you are attuned to Reiki (from any lineage). Practice makes perfect.

✔️ Practice the art of surrender based on your ideology or faith. Sri Aurobindo is a great mystic and yogi from Bharat who taught us the art of surrender. One may refer to His enormous body of work.

✔️ Read Reiki Literature and learn about how Reiki influences various anomalies such as diseases like Cancer, Diabetes, Autoimmune Diseases, Neurological Disorders, Neuromuscular Diseases and many more. Don’t ignore the subjective nature of Reiki.

✔️ Don’t expect overnight success. Reiki is a gradual ascension and works at all the layers (koshas) of the Human Body very similar to Yoga. Experiences are possible but more importance must be given to the Reiki journey and not the destination. Simply, trust the process. Most Reiki practitioners go wrong in this step.

✔️ Stay positive. Positivity and resilience can make you better as a Reiki Therapist or Reiki Healer.

F354: Reiki benefits Women’s Sexual Health

Today, I thought of sharing some thoughts on a Research Article I was reading and analyzing as a part of my commitment as a Reiki Practitioner.

The study explored the effects of Reiki on sexual health and sexual self confidence of women living with sexual distress.

The findings were impressive. Despite, a smaller sample size, the results revealed that Reiki therapy has markedly reduced sexual distress thereby, improving sexual function in women.

Personally, I got excited because Reiki has now penetrated the world of women sexual health - which is often an ignored area of concern esp. in rural sectors.

Moreover, assessment of women sexual health is subject to costly and invasive methods compared to Reiki which is both simple, affordable, and non invasive.

Although, I am not going into the specifics of the study. I would like to bring in more such news on Reiki and its usage in a Research/Clinical setting for the community.

F345: The Sweet Mother’s Birthday

Mirra Alfassa was affectionately referred to as “The Divine Mother” by her loved ones and spiritual followers. She was a mystic, spiritual teacher and a Yogi who collaborated with Sri Aurobindo and changed the spiritual landscape of Yoga in India.

Today is the 146th birth anniversary of the Mother. Mother was born as Blanche Rachel Mirra Alfassa on 21st February 1878 at Paris, second child of Maurice Alfassa and Mathilde Ismaloun. She had a quest for knowledge and between 11 and 13, she had several spiritual experiences and a sense of God’s existence and man’s possibility of unification with Him.

In 1905, the Mother met Max Théon and made trips to Tlemcen, Algeria to study occultism. In this phase, Mother underwent a series of mental changes leading to the realization that there is something beyond our mental capabilities.

On 29th March 1914, Mother visited Pondicherry and met Sri Aurobindo. She is instrumental for the formation and expansion of Sri Aurobindo Ashram, Pondicherry as per Sri Aurobindo’s directions.
