We have real sourdough bread our starter is called "Poncho" we feed him everyday. Our bread is made with mostly wholewheat organic flour and some white flour. We use seaweed, mushrooms, lots of spices and herbs, leafy greens, homemade sauces and sides like chashew dill mayonaise, chili oil, Ahi pepper sauce, teriyaki, BBQ sauce, refried beans, honey garlic sauce, and balsamic port reduction. We use fermented soya sauce, dried beans. We shop at the farmer's market.
