OK I have a list of classes ready to be offered. Before I post them I would like to hear from you all. What would you like to learn about? Would you like to learn how to do a specific style of cake? How to use a decorating tool like an airbrush? Please let me know.

So it’s that time of year. Cake decorating classes!!! I will be posting what is available. If you have any requests please contact me and I will create a class.

We met montreal cake guy and he was very kind and professional. He came when we asked him to and met us at our house. He offered cake testing for a fee but when we said no he was not pushy at all. He gave his ideas for our cake and we loved it. We spoke to him only again near the end because it makes no sense to speak before. The cake was brought on time and looked stunning. Everyone even the hall employees and our dj and mc was amazed by our beautiful cake. It was a hard design but he knocked it out of the park. tasted good as welll. Size was bigger than we expected and we wanted classy and elegant and he made it classy and elegant. Thank you again Montreal Cake Guy :D price was very reasonable. :)
