Look at this fu***ng idiot. American elections do matter to Canadians, unfortunately.
Just get someone who will do the cool stuff the right tries to scare you with. Ohhhhhhh affordable housing 👻 ahhhhhh mass transit infrastructure 👹 funding for Medicare 😱 anyway, I’m hungover and have the fear come to it’s free. Like always.
Viens voir l'élection avec nous demain. No matter who wins, we’re all having a shot.
It’s that time of the month! Band house rent time! Buy a shirt! www.turbohaus.shop
I hope you enjoy hearing every Ska version of the monster mash. There are many.
If this is it then it’s underwhelming. Again, sound proofing can be an effective tool in a new build but retrofitting old building is huge job and wouldn’t come close to conforming to the current bylaws. I’m still eager to hear more but the rest, from what I can tell, is a lot of fluff. At this point we’re not even having an honest conversation about what the actual problems are. Have you tried to make rents affordable so people have money to go out? Maybe don’t let developers abuse bylaws in order to get what they want at the expense of the broader community? Make it mandatory for landlords and real estate agents to disclose to potential renters and buyers that they’re moving into historic nightlife hubs? F**k man, I dunno, it seems obvious to me.
You think we can’t do wedding?! Holiday parties? Aweille! Réservez votre fête de Noël avec nous aujourd’hui ou soyez triste éternellement. [email protected]
It’s ALMOST aaaaaaaalmost like they’re playing lip service and don’t have the political will or backbone to change the laws that would allow venues closures not to happen. They’re not incompetent, they’re malicious.
I’m not fighting outside the pizza place on a random Friday night, i’ll tell you that much.
Will voting fix everything? lol no. But this is the level of government where it is most effective and has most to do with you and your daily life.
You should be up there with an acoustic guitar if you’re going to be playing like that.
There has never been a funnier four word sentence than “bestie they are dead“. Anyway, get your shots.
This is my chance to throw my hat into the ring for the worst and most thankless job of all time. I will campaign on the single issue of blowing up all the bridges off the island so I can emerge as a Bane like figure from The Dark Knight Rises.
This is probably the brain pills I’m abusing but life is hard brother, but it doesn’t always have to be. Be normal.
From . This is fantastic model to look Into . It protects nightlife while protecting our potential neighbours from developers and real estate agents. Good stuff. Nice things. If you’re serious about helping then get serious about helping.
Where’s the Night Life plan? What’s going on with La Tulipe? You changed some laws that did nothing to fix the issue and shut people up but it’s all the same. What the f**k are you doing?
