The ABACUS study showed that neoadjuvant anti-PD-L1 therapy holds great promise in treating muscle-invasive bladder cancer – an aggressive cancer that is prone to metastasis.

But while activated CD8+ T cells in baseline were associated with treatment outcome, no treatment related biomarker was discovered. 🤔
