Loss of control is rooted in restriction!
The more you restrict yourself from a food, the more you anticipate the day when you get to eat that it. 😰
You think about 💭how happy it’ll make you, 💭 how good it’ll taste, 💭 the pleasure it’ll bring…
But you also expect that food to disappear from your life the next day and anticipate how much you'll miss it.
Welcome to now-or-never land: eat it now or miss it forever 🍪
How about we just remove moral value from food; stop labeling it as good or bad, allowed or prohibited. Give yourself permission to eat all foods 🍕
No anticipation, no overthinking, no food FOMO, just eating. Food will lose its grip on you, and you can get your power back. 🙌
