This delicious recipe, inspired by .veganbabe is sooo good and actually pretty healthy. And high in protein as well.

Recipe:

Bottom layer
Pulse together:
3/4 cup pecans or walnuts
2 tbsp organic cacao🍫
1 tbsp maple syrup 🍁
Pinch of salt
Separate into 4 small jars and pack
I didn't change this from the original recipe posted by .veganbabe

Middle layer
Blend together:
375 g silken tofu
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp ground organic chia seeds
Pour over the bottom layer evenly into the 4 jars

Top with:
Date syrup
Maple syrup or agave might work but date is the best

Refrigerate and make sure to mix well before consuming.
