Reiki-infused Restorative Yin Yoga Sunday July 17, 6:00-7:30pm $20, limited space, pre registration required. Join us for a juicy 90 minute class to nourish your heart and soul. Emerge recharged, and relaxed in perfect balance. ✨Ease in with a meditation to activate and balance each of your seven chakras. ✨Slide into a slow, restorative yin yoga sequence that opens the meridians and invites surrender. ✨Sink into a dreamy savasana as you receive individual reiki healing. Your guide: Emma is a transformational life coach, reiki healer, and yoga teacher. Her soul purpose is to support you in creating a life you are excited to wake up to every day. A practicing yogi since 2001, she completed her Yoga Teacher Training and began guiding classes in 2021. She teaches vinyasa flow, yin and nidra, often in combination.
