The Chopping Block has a beef patty, a lamb patty, and a bison patty, is loaded with 6 pieces of bacon, three cheeses, and finished off with our signature house aioli. If you eat the whole thing including your side, we’ll even buy you a dessert if you’re still not full!

We are closed this evening the 24th, as well as tomorrow (Christmas Day) and Boxing Day to give our staff a well deserved break and time to spend with their families. Our summer menu has launched!
We have some tasty new burgers and appetizers for you to try alongside our tried-and-true classics! We’ve added this delicious Sesame Albacore Tuna Burger with locally sourced tuna from Sterling Seafood in Nanoose Bay with mango salsa and sriracha slaw among others, and we brought back your favorite Bruschetta Flatbread! Stay tuned for more images of our delicious new additions 🤤

After some deliberation, we have decided to no longer offer a la carte breakfast from Monday - Friday.

We are dedicating ourselves to our regular burger menu that is available from 11am - 10pm daily. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and encourage you to contact us at [email protected] if you have any comments or concerns.

We will still be serving brunch on Saturdays & Sundays from 7:30am - 2pm. We hope to see your friendly faces then! 😄

Big congrats to Jamie for being our employee of the month for January! (We are a bit delayed in posting 🫣) Jamie has great work ethic and is always in a jolly mood, he adapts quickly to new stations and learning new departments in the kitchen, and everyone enjoys working with him. We are incredibly grateful to have him on our team! 😄

✨ Big congrats to Trent on our employee of the month for October! Trent picks up SO many shifts, we don’t know what he would do without him! He frequently gets compliments on his service by tables, is great fun to work with and brightens up others’ day with his positive attitude. This gift has been handed to him by our bar manager, Kalynn, who is one of our longest employees and received her own employee of the month last year at the same time! It’s wonderful to see our employees grow with us over the years and to be able to share each other’s successes 🥰

The Top Notch Baron is the best beef dip around! Tender braised short rib on a cobs gourmet bun with horseradish aioli, topped with caramelized onions, wild mushrooms, and provolone cheese, served with hot au jus for dipping. Perfect on a chilly fall day!

You asked - we delivered! Try our new upside-down nachos, a classic when watching the hockey game! Full loaded with a three cheese blend, jalapeños, peppers, green onions, and tomatoes, served with a chipotle creme fraiche and salsa. Add beef or pulled pork as you like! Great for sharing (or not!)
