Friendly reminder to have your equipment serviced annually! One of the most important tasks as a homeowner is to stay on top of regular air filter changes.

Annual maintenance goes much further then changing filters and cleaning equipment. We check for leaks, inspect wiring and safety devices, remove and clean blower wheels, remove and clean condensate traps, clean and inspect burners, check flame rectification, check inlet and outlet gas pressures ( and adjust if required ), check temperature rise, and perform CO tests.

Dirty air filters are one of the biggest problems with furnace and heat pump failures. Have yours checked by a professional today!

We don’t normally hang new range hoods, however a very special realtor asked for a hand getting the gas work up to code and having a range vent that was actually vented to outside! All finished up and the sale was completed!

Our customer had an old gas furnace and the previous installer added a heat pump coil to it. Unfortunately the installer put the coil on the wrong side of the furnace causing water damage and shorter life to the existing furnace. We came in and cleaned it up with a new high efficiency gas furnace and high flow filter. We installed the coil on the proper side of the furnace with a custom coil cabinet. Configured the thermostat wiring so that it was running properly ,aswell as cleaned up the fresh air intake.
While we were at it we installed a new hot water tank.

It was a long day but everyone was happy at the end.
