How do you measure your SELF-LOVE?

We mistakenly believe self-love is only pampering ourselves, and although that can be a form, that is only one level of self-love. Deepening our self-love requires doing things that may be uncomfortable in the moment, but that our future selves will be thank us for. Things like expressing our needs, having hard conversations, holding boundaries, understanding our connection and relational patterns and getting curious about the parts of ourselves that are hard to accept.

Join me at Studio 108 this Valentines Day for a special Soma Breath Journey to open our hearts and explore deeper a connection to self.
