Welcome back!! Cedar and Sands yoga sessions start every Monday (with the exception of holidays) Jan 22-May 27th 6-7pm. Located at the Kin Hut community centre 2730 Departure Bay Road. Please bring a yoga mat, water, and a blanket if you wish. If you don’t have a mat there are extras to borrow 🙂

Slow flow yoga….tea and chat after if you wish.

Hey everyone just to let you know we will not be having class this coming Monday Oct 2nd and next Monday Oct 9th due to the holidays. I hope everyone has a wonderful couple weeks and look forward to practicing with you all again returning Monday Oct 16th at 6pm. Thank you :)😊

Class is cancelled this evening due to the beautiful and much welcomed rain 🙏. See you next Monday at 6pm for class for our last outdoor class of the season at Jesters Way Park 💗.
We resume on Sept 18th at the Kin Hut at departure bay for Flow and tea at 6pm. Every Monday with the exception of Thanksgiving.

I’m Sarah and am a yoga enthusiast for over 20 years 💗. Received my teacher training in Thailand through Prana yoga college based out of Vancouver, then skipped around the planet for a bit🌏. I believe in healing through focus, movement, and laughter fuelled by breath. Love sharing space, learning and practicing with others.
