Our new website is live! We apologize for the delay on this, as the site has been down for a bit. Unfortunately, our previous hosting service decided on a massive price hike for 2024 – and we decided it wasn’t worth it. Since our original site was built using their proprietary system, it meant a complete rebuilding from scratch – which ate into many hours of modeling time over the holidays…

If you were looking for the most prototypical coupler on the market, Sergent Engineering couplers were the obvious choice. These couplers featured prototypical sizing, shape, and correctly operating knuckles. Unfortunately, earlier this year, Sergent closed up shop and gave their designs out to interested manufacturers.

We have been in discussion with one of these manufacturers for quite some time: Inventive models. You may have seen their impressive brass castings of prototype couplers in a variety of types. The quality and operation has been top notch. We are very excited to announce we will be partnering with Inventive Models to be a North American distributor.

To begin, we will be carrying their brand new die-cast HO Scale E-type couplers. These will be available in two quantities to start: Bulk Pack (72 pairs) or a Sample Pack at 6 pairs. These will be shipping out to us in a few weeks, we are expecting them to arrive in December.
