Saturday August 3: Painting With Tao - Colour Theory
Join commission painter Tao for a day of casual painting! Tao will also be teaching folks all about colour theory on this day, so if you’d like to expand your artistic knowledge it’s a great opportunity! Otherwise, just hang out and chip away at your painting pile!

Saturday August 10: GM’s Town Hall, 3pm
It’s a new Dropzone feature! Join Tao, Jess, and other fellow GMs at this casual discussion of all things TTRPG! For this initial meeting we will be mostly introducing ourselves and talking about our favorite systems, and the systems we look forward to trying! Snacks will be brought!

The Fall Painting Competition theme has been decided, and it is....Squad Goals! That's right, we wanna see what you can do with multiple models, 2-5 of 'em to be precise. I'm going to ask very nicely that we don't get any submissions of "giant" models for this one (D&D dragons, 40k Knights, etc.) We have to fit in a lot of models for this one so please be considerate of your fellow competitors! The competition will officially begin this upcoming weekend, and you will have until the last day of September to finish and submit your models. That's two months to do one squad! I believe in y'all, let's see what you can do!
Also, if you submitted a model for the Summer competition please make sure it is picked up ASAP!

New to Dropzone Games - the Rent-A-RPG Library!

Ever want to try out an rpg before you take the plunge? Group tired of D&D? Just curious? This is for you!
We have a wide selection of quickstarts, starter boxes, and even full books for your perusal. Simply bring the rpg you are interested in to the staff up front, and give us a piece of ID to hold as collateral. You and your group can then use one of our private gaming rooms to try out the rpg! ID will be returned at the return of the book/box to the staff. Only RPGs with the Dropzone Games sticker are available for rental. This is a new system for us so pardon any hiccups!

Conquest Summer League Prep Nights - Friday July 12 & 19, 3pm onward
Join us as we prep for our summer league of Conquest: The Last Argument of Kings! We will be hosting demos these nights, as well as painting & building. If you’re interested in this fun, rank and flank style game, come by!

Skaventide Release - Saturday July 13
AOS fans rejoice, 4th Edition is here! We will be busy this day with such a huge drop, and spare boxes are sure to go fast! So come by, get your boxes, hang out and discuss the new edition! Maybe even get a game in!

This international event is a day where tons of rpg creators put out a mix of promotional items and free adventures for the gaming community, through local gaming stores. We will have tons of free RPG quickstarts available, but we will also be giving away those sweet sweet promo items. Want a promo item? Purchase any rpg related item in store (minimum $10), you get to pick an item! If you buy any Pathfinder items, you get to pick TWO items! We're gonna say no duplicates on that because I don't want anyone hogging some of the nicer limited stuff. Check out some of the swag you can grab!
