Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
Prepare classic diner dishes with a creative twist
Keep the kitchen running smoothly and efficiently
Collaborate with our team to come up with new and exciting menu items
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Keep the kitchen stocked with tunes from the good old days (optional but encouraged)

Requirements:
Previous experience as a chef or line cook
Knowledge of classic diner dishes and cooking techniques
Ability to handle a high volume of orders with speed and precision
Great communication and teamwork skills
