This lovely client was interested in Cosmetic Tattooing but has never done anything to her brows before. So, we opted to start with something more temporary so she could get a feel for shape and colour.

She received a Henna Brow treatment; this colour will continue to develop over the next 24 hrs and become a slightly darker, chocolatey brown 🤗 Clients can then go home and see how they feel about shape and what they would want to change or tweak before committing to Cosmetic Tattooing. *Henna Brows is very similar to what a Powder Brow would look like.

Not only that, but I am also eco-conscious because a lot of companies leave a heavy carbon footprint, and being a mom, it was important to me that my business wasn't creating a whole lot of waste. So, we are paperless and most of our disposable tools are biodegradable.

Though it doesn't go as deep as, or last as long as a traditional tattoo, it still is categorized as a tattoo and has a very similar process.

For this reason, we need to ensure the clients that come in to get this procedure done, are safe and not at risk of any adverse effects.

This treatment is a tattoo, yes HOWEVER, the pigment is not implanted as deep as a traditional tattoo which is why this is referred to as semi-permanent.

It will fade over time and the quickness in which it fades varies from person to person. This is because things like lifestyle, skin type and sun exposure all factor in to how well you retain the pigment.

So, after you get this done what will your brow upkeep need? Just grooming, if you already do that (wax or thread) to keep the strays gone and your brows looking fresh - some clients come back annually to refresh their tattoo and some can go longer.
