A lovely review from a new homeowner in our Vintages site:

We lived in Burlington on a very busy street by the lake, yes, very close to all the new condominiums. We decided in early 2021 that now was maybe the time to go. We are both 71 so wanted a one floor home so when/if we end up with ambulatory issues we could move with relative ease.

We came to ravine winery with friends many times so we weren’t strangers to St David’s. We saw your sign and made a reservation with Randy. We ended up meeting with him about 4-5 times before making our decision. So, on March 24, 2021 we gave him our deposit. We found him very accommodating through the whole process and even during construction when we wanted to go through the house, he was just as accommodating.

Through the whole process that was a consistent thread. A few of your team we had contact with were Carm, the electrician, Glenn the framer, Les from Dons Lighthouse, Alex from Milestone( she is a great designer and very responsive), Pat, our local person here on site, Megan, the glue during the whole process, CJ for cleaning up the final details and finally Alexa who we periodically went to.

I’ve probably left out a person or two but that captured most of them. Our friends were shocked when my wife and I were saying what a great experience it has been. We have had a few new homes and boy, do we have stories.

Looking forward to our time here in NOTL.
