Melissa graduated from Canadore College’s Practical Nursing program in 2015 and joined Northern Respiratory in January 2016. She has become an excellent and caring CPAP Consultant. Melissa ensures that each client is given the time they need to understand their CPAP equipment. Her ability to find the right mask for each client helps them get a great sleep as soon as possible. Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband and her son when she is not at work.

North Bay was the last major city as we headed to Northern Quebec. We called all the other companies in North Bay and no one would squeeze me in despite my situation. Meet Rob McKay - Respiratory Therapist & Managing Partner

Rob graduated from Canadore College’s Respiratory Therapy program in 2003. After a brief stint working in Saskatoon at the Royal University Hospital, Rob came back to North Bay and has been working in home care since 2005. In 2016, Rob joined Northern Respiratory as the Manager and is now the Managing Partner for our North Bay location. With a client-centered focus, it is Rob’s goal to provide top-level service for every client. Rob is usually in the office with one of our CPAP clients, but also backs Sarah up with the oxygen clients. If you have a question about oxygen or CPAP, Rob is the guy to ask. Rob enjoys his time off with his wonderful wife and children, and can often be seen at one of his kids sporting events.
