About

We are a craft coffee roaster on the North Shore (in Vancouver, BC). We only source the highest quality green coffee beans (scores of 88+ out of 100) from around the world. All our beans are roasted in small batches to achieve tailored flavour profiles and to ensure freshness in every cup.

Each week we select beans of different origins, regions, farms, and altitude for customers to explore the world of coffee and to satisfy a wide variety of coffee preferences. It is not unusual for us to have 10 or more different beans on rotation at our bar. Stop by one of our locations to try it yourself.

At Kanuck.Coffee we use a ‘computerized small batch roasting’ machine in tandem with PID controllers in order to ensure our beans are being utilized for their maximum flavour potential. After sitting for one day, each batch has to be tested by our team members to ensure it meets our standards.
