Tennis booking cards for September 2024-June 2025 went on sale this morning for North Vancouver residents and are now sold out. There is a waiting list and people will be contacted as spaces open up.

While Canada’s top female professionals were taking on Belgium at the Billie Jean King Cup in Vancouver last month, our own North Vancouver Tennis Centre players were dominating the court by acting as ball people and volunteers. NVTC's younger players
participated in red ball and U12 demonstrations. Way to go NVTC players!

In response to the latest public health order, all fitness centres, book-a-visit fitness classes and public swim & skate sessions will revert to normal capacity from Thursday, February 17. Fitness centres will no longer require advance booking for visits. Capacity limits will also be removed at Centennial Theatre. Our spring programs will begin at normal capacity.

New Proof of Vaccination Requirements and Changes to NVRC Programs and Services: Effective Thursday, December 23, 2021, proof of vaccination is required for all activities in North Vancouver Recreation & Culture facilities for those 12 years and older (except for participants in children and youth programs). Proof of vaccination is required for all activities including dropping off children inside facilities, the use of washrooms, showers, change rooms and being a spectator.

Also... starting Thursday, December 23 until January 18, the following changes to programs and services will be in effect:
• NVRC fitness centres/weight rooms will be closed
• Fitness classes and registered fitness programs (with the exception of Masters Swim and Aquafit) will be cancelled
• Adult dance programs and classes will be cancelled
• Centennial Theatre will operate at 50% maximum capacity.
• Rentals for indoor events will be at 50% capacity of the space they rent.
All other NVRC programs and services will continue as scheduled. Masks are still required for everyone five years and older except when swimming.
