Get ready, the mayhem starts this weekend!! Greater Vancouver Hot chocolate Festival starts January 13 and runs through to Feb 14th!.

#26 - A BEAR NECESSITY
Spicy cayenne and caramel infused hot chocolate topped with whipped cream and spicy caramel served with a chocolate cookie shaped like a bear covered in delicious mini chocolate flakes.

We are participating in the Metro Vancouver Croissant Crawl this year! Starting on November 1 and going until the 14th, over 20 bakeries around town will be offering their own unique special edition flavour for you to indulge in.

Our flavour for this fabulous event is....Crunchy Hazelnut Milk Chocolate Ganache! YUMMY!

Made with our very own “ALICE 46%” milk chocolate (we went to France and created this chocolate from scratch) and fresh hazelnut ganache, topped with toasted hazelnuts and a light dusting of icing sugar.

It is on the website now for pre-orders up until October 31st and after that it’s just first come first serve. When we run out for the day, we run out 😱. Best to pre-order!

Here’s the line up:

FALL MENU 🍁🍁🍁

BARS!
PUMPKIN PIE BAR - short bread crust with our home-made pumpkin pie filling topped with a brown sugar pumpkin spiced meringue.
*Note: this filling is the same as our pumpkin pie that we will sell during thanksgiving so if you want to try before committing, this is a good way to try it!

PUMPKIN NANAIMO BAR - Nanaimo bar base with our Nanaimo filling that's filled with lots of pumpkin spice! Topped with a dark chocolate ganache with an orange swirl!
PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE BAR - a hazelnut streusel base with a pumpkin spiced cheesecake, finished with a fun design on top as well.
APPLE OAT BAR - the same base as our date bar (lots of oats and butter), our delicious apple compote topped off with a cinnamon streusel and more oats. This will be right by our date bar on the counter if you are looking!

PASTRIES!
PUMPKIN B-BOMB- joining our lineup of raspberry, apple and chocolate will be pumpkin spice (our puree with lots of spices rolled up into a croissant and baked and rolled in pumpkin spice sugar).

APPLE PIE SCONE - joining our lineup of scones will be this one, filled with apple compote and more cinnamon added inside. Finished off with raw sugar and cinnamon on top. Delicious!

PUMPKIN LOAF - super yummy pumpkin loaf, finished off with maple glaze and roasted house made pumpkin seeds!

BROWN SUGAR PUMPKIN SPICE MERINGUE - our signature meringue recipe, subbed with brown sugar and pumpkin spice added to it! The brown sugar makes it even more chewy, its
great!

APPLE TURNOVER - puff pastry, filled with apple compote and raw sugar on top!
(Yes, this is like a jalousie but it's so tasty!)

PUMPKIN PECAN BISCOTTI - we will be removing the lemon poppyseed biscotti for the season, but in addition to the chocolate pistachio biscotti will be this spicy biscotti with lots of crunch from the pecans!

PUMPKIN FRITTER - our fritter recipe filled with pumpkin spice and pure pumpkin goodness, glazed in a sweet pumpkin spice glaze!

Wow, that was a mouthful but oh man we are excited!!
