Hospice Norwood is excited to announce a new fundraising raffle draw! We are so thankful for this donation by Noddle Sheet Metal and their ongoing support for Hospice Norwood!

The winner will receive their choice of:
Installation of a new Gas Furnace or Air Conditioner.

Tickets are $5.00 each.

Tickets can be purchased this weekend at Showcase Asphodel-Norwood (Saturday, September 10th at the Asphodel-Norwood Community Centre) and Hot Rods for Hospice Norwood (Sunday, September 11th at the Asphodel-Norwood Community Centre) as well as from following businesses in Norwood:

Just a reminder that we will be CLOSED Friday July 1st to observe the stat holiday! We will be open again Saturday July 2nd from 9am-4pm & closed Sunday! We hope everyone has a good holiday! & a reminder that there is lots of stuff going on in Norwood to support on Friday, like the Legion (has live music) & Lions BBQ and activities at 88 Alma St!

We are happy to announce that we now currently have FREE covid-19 rapid tests in stock at the pharmacy - We will be limiting people to 1 box per household and they are first come first serve, we do have a decent amount in stock though! Stay safe Norwood!!

Due to unforeseen circumstances we will not be operating any front store sales today and prescriptions need to be picked up/ dropped off at the window at the side of the building. Please allow 24 hours for prescriptions to be filled at this time. Thank you for understanding!

We are currently selling rapid tests here, they come in a pack of 2 tests and sell for $36.04 - we are limiting people to 1 pack per household as they are in short supply & if 1 person tests positive in a household, everyone should be quarantining. We will not be holding any tests here for people, first come first serve. Thanks everyone and stay safe!

As the demand and eligibility for Covid-19 vaccines is expanding on Monday December 13th we will be transitioning to Covid-19 vaccines & flu shots Monday-Friday APPOINTMENT ONLY -If you're eligible for your 1st, 2nd , or 3rd booster dose of the covid-19 vaccine please call and make an appointment - we will be stocking both Moderna and Pfizer vaccines
If you're interested in Youth vaccines (ages 5-11) please call and ask to be put on our list as we are looking for demand to get them in stock also!

Unfortunately we are still out of the covid-19 vaccines and we will not be able to provide the regular walk-ins today. We are doing our best to have them in stock again by Monday December 6th.
Please call in advance before coming in for a vaccine to be sure on Monday that we received them.

It's been brought to our attention that a few of our patients have been contacted by a man claiming he is from the pharmacy and asking for personal information to update "files" WE JUST WANT TO LET EVERYONE KNOW THAT IT IS NOT OUR PHAMRACY CALLING AND THAT IT IS A SCAM & YOU SHOULD NEVER GIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE !! Please feel free to let us know if you have received these calls !!!
