This is a friendly reminder that the office is closed for winter break from the afternoon of Dec 24th until January 3rd, reopening January 4th at 7am for regular office hours.

Hello everyone, we hope you are staying happy, healthy and calm. We are looking forward to opening up as soon as we get the go ahead from the governing bodies. To be ready to hit the ground running and follow guidelines we have made some small but impactful changes to the clinic.

Hey everyone, it’s Dr. Matt here. I just wanted to share something I’ve been doing over quarantine —— juicing! My mom bought Laura and I a juicer for Christmas and it’s been great. I never really juiced before - only bought $9 Juices at Booster Juice :) - but it’s been working out great!

These two large jars comprise about 8 apples, 6 Oranges, 3 lemons and some ginger. I also added a bit of cracked pepper. These two jars should last me all week and it makes staying healthy a bit easier during this strange time.

Re-Opening for Essential Care, Critical Care and Emergencies

Good morning everyone, we are hopeful you and your families are thriving during this challenging time. We have some good news for those of you who are in need of your chiropractic care.

Dr. Zeni will be opening for essential care, critical care and emergency patients BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, beginning Thursday April 2nd.

These visits will be arranged for all patients who are:
1) In crisis and require emergency care
2) Have a pre-existing condition and are concerned they are experiencing a flare up or deterioration in their symptoms
3) Require care they feel is essential

The office environment has been meticulously sanitized, we have implemented procedures to ensure cleanliness between patients and we have arranged a system to support social distancing to prevent the further spread of COVID-19

If you have traveled outside of Canada in the past 14 days, are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms such as runny nose, sore throat, new cough, breathing difficulties, or fever, or have been in contact with anyone who has had a positive diagnosis of COVID-19 please do not request an appointment.

I've spoken to a lot of you, but if I haven't please know that I'm thinking about you and your family during this strange time. This health threat will pass and we will move forward from it. Please be safe and well!

It's no joke, our Patient of the Month is one wonderful woman.

Lou came to us in May 2018 after experiencing lower back pain for over 3 years, caused by long hours spent in the car for work.
Lou keeps on track with her adjustments, recommends chiro to her family and often brings Dr. Matthew Russell and the staff delicious treats.
We always enjoy seeing Lou, but knowing chiropractic care has helped her lower back pain decrease, making driving easier, that is what really love.

Please remember - although the elderly and people with pre-existing conditions are at greater risk, we can all spread the virus. Make sure to follow all the recommendations to stop the spread. Wash your hands, stay home if you have any symptoms, practice social distancing. We all have a role to play. Stay well

Good morning everyone, I hope and pray you are all staying well during these trying times. With all the fear and panic we are seeing in the media, I wanted to take a second to express what I am seeing in the community around me.
I see hope, kindness, compassion and love.
This is a trying time for nearly everyone I know. From jobs, finances, health and isolation, we are all going to feel the sting that a major world event causes. Fear leads us to assume that the other side of this pandemic will be bleak and miserable. That the only possible outcome of this is negative.
But....
What if we stopped for a minute and considered a different possibility. What if the result is actually the exact opposite? What if the other side of this is a better world? A more compassionate, kinder, gentler world where we realize that true happiness comes from our internal state and not the external forces pushing on us.
In the coming days, weeks, and months, we all have the choice on how to respond to our situation. We can stay fearful and negative, hoarding supplies and complaining about isolation. Or we can be grateful, happy and kind. Take time to reflect on the fact that even in the worst of times, we are blessed.
Our state of mind will make a huge impact on where we end up at the end of this.
Stay positive, the other side of this may just surprise you!

Good morning to our In-Line Family!

Lets all keep doing what we can to help flatten the curve, simple everyday steps can make all the difference.

To Our Wonderful In-Line Patients and Community:

We hope you’re all keeping well during this challenging time. As a precautionary measure, and in accordance with the State of Emergency declared by the Premier of Ontario, and the recommendation of the College of Chiropractors of Ontario, In-Line Family Chiropractic will be CLOSED from March 23rd until April 5th. We will be assuming regular hours on April 6th, 2020.

This is a very difficult decision for us.

Our intention was to continue to serve and provide the highest level of health care during this crisis. That said, we have to submit to the provincial and governing authorities. Our plan is for the closure to last 2 weeks, as suggested by Premier Ford, with the full intention of re-opening April 6th, 2020.

ESSENTIAL or EMERGENCY VISITS: The Government sanctioned closure has allowed for essential chiropractic visits, and/or visits deemed emergency services. If you are in need of care that you feel is essential to your health and well-being, or if you are suffering, please realize WE WANT YOU TO REACH OUT. We will do our utmost to help you.

PAYMENTS: For those set-up on pre-authorized payments, we will suspend all payments during this 2 week closure until the office is re-opened for normal hours. Rest assured that everyone will have their care plan honoured in full – even if an extension of the care plan is required.

HOW TO CONTACT US: You can contact the Doctors directly by using our email [email protected]. We will be checking the email several times per day. Please DO NOT leave a voicemail as we cannot ensure this will be checked regularly. We will arrange with you personally how and when this visit will happen.

From April 6th onwards, please begin your regular schedule. Sally will answer any specific questions you may have and reschedule any missed visits at a later date. Please remember to take care of yourselves during this time. Eat well, sleep well and do activities that will bring peace and equilibrium to your body. Exercise regularly and get some fresh air. Most importantly, please continue to do your spinal corrective stretches to minimize negative damage to your spine during this time.

Finally, please reach out with any specific question. We are here for you and we greatly care about your well-being. Our interest in your health extends beyond the times we see you in the office. For those of you that know us well, it tears us apart to close In-Line, but it’s the responsible thing to do during this challenging time.
