1. Declare that a new crop of leadership is being raised in Nigeria; men and women of vision, knowledge and insight whom the Lord is stirring with passion for the future of our nation and her people. Declare that young, intelligent and progressive-minded Christians are taking their place in the political arena, being guided by the wisdom of God to rise to prominence and authority, and lead Nigeria into the glorious future that we see, and cause the gospel to prosper greatly. OBADIAH 1:21 – And saviours shall come up on mount Zion to judge the mount of Esau; and the kingdom shall be the LORD'S.

2. Pray for strategic reforms in our banking industry, repositioning it to truly contribute to the growth and development of our economy by being a catalyst for business growth in all sectors. Pray for wisdom and sincerity in the regulation of our banking sector, that the regulators and operators would uphold the highest standards and desist from compromise and abuse of the industry for selfish pecuniary gains. We declare that the corrupt ones among them are rooted out, and righteousness prevails therein. PROVERBS 28:8 - He that by usury and unjust gain increaseth his substance, he shall gather it for him that will pity the poor.

3. Pray for our educational system and the curriculum at all levels of education in Nigeria. Declare that there’s a change, an upgrade in the content and methods used; we embrace new and better ways of educating our children and young people and grooming them for the future we desire for our nation, being equipped with the skills and competencies required to lead and contribute meaningfully to the growth and prosperity of our nation. PROVERBS 22:6 - Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.

4. Pray for the leadership and all officials of INEC, that they would openly shun corruption and commit to transparency in all electoral processes; declare that because of our prayers, they are compelled to set up effective structures to expose and w**d out all perpetrators and aiders of corrupt practices in their system, refusing to be strayed from what is right. Declare also that they are bold and courageous to maintain true independence without bias, no matter the pressure. PSALMS 119:101 - I have refrained my feet from every evil way, that I might keep thy word.

5. Pray fervently against all forms of ethnic or religious clashes and associated violence in different parts of our nation; we refuse the continued loss of precious lives on account of these crises, and we stay the hand of evil today everywhere any such situation is brewing or already ongoing. We speak peace, and we declare that all those involved come to themselves, they awake to the sanctity of life, they heed wise counsel and explore humane ways to reconcile their differences, and they refuse to be instruments of destruction henceforth. 1SAMUEL 25:33 - And blessed be thy advice, and blessed be thou, which hast kept me this day from coming to shed blood, and from avenging myself with mine own hand.

We stand in agreement today and speak against the ills in our country; we have been authorized to decree and have it established, therefore, we declare that the days of darkness are over! We declare an end to violence and evil in our land; we pull down the structures of corruption that have pervaded this nation, and we declare that Nigeria is moving speedily on the path of progress; righteousness prevails in this nation, the word of God is growing and prevailing in this nation. 1. Pray and declare that God’s will is established in Nigeria, and that His righteousness prevails everywhere in the nation. We declare that the light of the glorious gospel of Christ shines brightly in this nation as we explore all avenues to spread our message and manifest His righteousness in our world, and every evil work of darkness is brought down. HABAKKUK 2:14 - For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.

2. Pray for Christians in leadership positions in our nation, declaring that they would consistently set forth examples of godly leadership amongst their peers; pray for them to continually to maintain their righteousness and integrity without compromise, boldly and openly using their offices to bring honour to the Lord and to promote His purposes in their area of jurisdiction. PHILIPPIANS 2:15 - That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world; MATTHEW 5:16 - Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

Pray for progressive improvements in the economy of our nation; prophesy lasting prosperity and speedy growth that impacts on the standard of living of every Nigerian, beyond mere economic indices. Pray for increased employment opportunities for the teeming number of unemployed youths around the country, declaring that our leaders are constrained by God’s Spirit to commit to creating an enabling environment for employment and enterprise. PSALMS 118:25 – Save now, I beseech thee, O LORD: O LORD, I beseech thee, send now prosperity.

4. Pray passionately against all forms of violence and uprisings in any part of this nation. We come against needless crisis and pray for wisdom and willingness in the hearts of our political leaders, to address the root causes with justice and fairness, bringing lasting peace. ISAIAH 32:18 – And my people shall dwell in a peaceable habitation, and in sure dwellings, and in quiet resting places;

5. Pray for the young people in Nigeria, that they be inspired to dream big and aspire to greater heights. Pray that they would not be pressured by the present circumstances in the country to lose faith in their future; declare rather that their eyes and minds are open to creativity and innovation, and they take the lead in bringing advancement to all sectors of our country. PSALM 71:17 - O God, thou hast taught me from my youth: and hitherto have I declared thy wondrous works. Pray and declare that a lot more of our brethren and people who have been truly influenced by our ministry and message are granted supernatural opportunities and access in governance, business and industry, and they are coming into positions of authority and decision making in this nation, to chart a new course and set new standards by the wisdom of God. 1. Declare sustained peace and prosperity that fosters the spread and impact of the gospel across the nation, and in all strata of society. Declare that our message continues to grow and prevail in this nation, bringing peace and an environment of progress all around the nation. Jeremiah 29:7(TLB) - And work for the peace and prosperity of Babylon. Pray for her, for if Babylon has peace, so will you.

2. Pray against fraud and corruption in contract award and procurement processes in different ministries, departments and agencies of government at all levels. We put a stop to the continued manipulation of these processes which results in poor quality ex*****on and abandoned projects. We command transparency, and declare that due process is followed, and all officials and contractors who pursue selfish gains at the expense of the nation are exposed and held accountable for their actions. PROVERBS 11-1, 3 - A false balance is abomination to the LORD: but a just weight is his delight.3 The integrity of the upright shall guide them: but the perverseness of transgressors shall destroy them.

3. Pray against cultism and different vices in our schools around the country. We stand in agreement against the ugly trend of cultism even in secondary schools; we rebuke the wicked spirits behind this evil, and declare that righteousness prevails in our schools. Pray also for the Christian students to arise in boldness and fill their schools with the knowledge of God as they preach the gospel and manifest God’s righteousness. JOHN 1:5 – And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. HABAKKUK 2:14 – For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.

4. Speak forth words concerning the upcoming elections, declaring that as we Christians arise to take responsibility for effecting the necessary changes in our nation, men of faith, integrity and wisdom are coming into power all over our nation. Declare that all our brethren who position themselves for political office are granted wisdom and favour to pursue their plans successfully, and they yield to God’s Spirit to guide them through the process, and more importantly, to be His instruments of change when they come into office. 5. Pray against recurrent strikes and labour crises and the unpleasant consequences, particularly in the educational and health sectors. Pray that these will be a thing of the past, as all parties would put the interest of the nation first in all their dealings, and honour their commitments without coercion. NUMBERS 32:24 – Build cities for your children and pens for your animals, but then you must do what you promised.

6. Pray for the poor and vulnerable all around Nigeria, that primarily through the gospel, as well as by effective government policies and strategies, many more would be lifted out of poverty and helped to stand. Pray that all genuine efforts at poverty alleviation by government, private organizations and individuals would be well guided to produce lasting and measurable results that would empower many to become themselves, lifters of others. We oppose all who exploit the plight of the poor as an avenue to corruptly enrich themselves; the Lord Himself will judge their actions. PSALMS 74:21 – O let not the oppressed return ashamed: let the poor and needy praise thy name. PROVERBS 22:16 - He that oppresseth the poor to increase his riches…shall surely come to want.

1. Pray specially for the children all over Nigeria to grow up in the right environment that makes it possible for them to come into God’s purpose for their lives. Pray for the salvation of children in their multitudes all over this nation, declaring that churches and Christian organizations dedicated to child evangelism are marvelously helped by the Lord to impact children with the gospel. Also pray for a greater spread, impact and acceptance of our children’s materials all around Nigeria; Declare that these materials are being sought after as instructional materials in schools in all states of the country. MATTHEW 9:14 - But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.

2. Prophesy remarkable and speedy progress in the transportation sector of our nation. Declare major infrastructural improvements in our road, rail, air and marine transport systems; also declare safety and security for all mediums of transportation across the country. 1. Pray and declare that the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ continues to prevail in Nigeria, without hindrance; declare that in every state and locality, the Word of God is growing mightily and prevailing, Christians are free and bold to proclaim and preach the gospel in their world of influence, and multitudes of unsaved people are being led to Christ daily. Declare also a wider and stronger influence of our gospel all over this nation, as more and more people are reached and impacted with our unique message. MATTHEW 24:14 – And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nation; then shall the end come.

2. 1TIMOTHY 2:1-4 – I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. The true purpose of the leadership in any nation is to create a peaceful environment, conducive for the spread of the gospel. We will pray for our nation in this direction, praying about the government and for everyone occupying leadership and decision making positions in different bodies, associations, unions etc; that they function according to this scripture. All who do otherwise are declared unfit for leadership and we command their removal. We pray fervently against leaders whose presence in the offices they occupy, promote ungodliness, dishonesty and violence; they cannot remain, but are speedily set aside.

Pray against the circulation of false information on social media about violence in different parts of Nigeria, many of which have been found to be malicious and aimed at spreading fear and breeding hatred. We declare that such will proceed no further, their evil intentions will fail, their falsehood would be known to everyone, and people will become increasingly wary of the falsehood they find on social media, not re-sharing what they cannot verify. We reject the fear, we refuse to allow hatred to thrive in our country; but love will prevail among all peoples of Nigeria. LEVITICUS 19:17-18[NLT] – Do not nurse hatred in your heart for any of your relatives. Confront people directly so you will not be held guilty for their sin. 18Do not seek revenge or bear a grudge against a fellow Israelite, but love your neighbour as yourself. I am the Lord.

4. We pray against the manipulation of the economy for selfish and unpatriotic aims, to the detriment of the people. We insist that our leaders MUST work sincerely and diligently to build a functional and self-sufficient economy that benefits all. Declare that ill-gotten wealth will trouble all those who have kept it and expire suddenly, and only those with genuine plans for economic growth and sustainable development will prosper and be established in office. PROVERBS 13:11 - Wealth gotten by vanity shall be diminished: but he that gathereth by labour shall increase. PROVERBS 20:17 – Bread of deceit is sweet to a man; But afterwards, his mouth shall be filled with gravel. 1CORINTHIANS 10:24 - Let no man seek his own, but every man another's wealth.

5. Pray specially for safety and health for fellow Christians and their families, particularly our brethren. Rebuke sickness and every onslaught of the devil on Christians and their family members, declaring that we walk continually in the light of God’s Word, occupying our place of authority over satan and his cohorts. Declare health, protection, peace and prosperity through the Word. LUKE 22:31-32a - And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat: But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not…

6. Prophesy to the power sector in our nation, declaring that things are working rightly, and there is continuous improvement. Pray against sabotage, theft and vandalism of power installations around the country, whether by hoodlums or by insiders in the sector. We demand that this sector be sanitised, and all corrupt officials, vendors, contractors and decision makers that have plagued the power sector, hampering its growth and wasting the abundant investments therein, are exposed and brought to book; declare that henceforth, all funds voted to the Power sector are producing significant results, and the growth and improvement of this sector enhances development nationwide. EZEKIEL 37:7 - So I prophesied as I was commanded: and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold a shaking, and the bones came together, bone to his bone.

21 DAYS PRAYER AND FASTING FOR NIGERIA PRAYER POINTS FOR FRIDAY 9TH FEBRUARY 2018

1. Pray for all those in all levels of leadership in our nation, in different sectors and positions of authority; that they’ll continually be influenced by God’s wisdom to lead in righteousness, causing the perfect will of God to prosper in the land. Psalm 22:27-28 AMP)“All the ends of the earth shall remember and turn to the Lord, and all the families of the nations shall bow down and worship before You, For the kingship and the kingdom are the Lord’s, and He is the ruler over the nations” .

2. Pray for all security and law enforcement agencies in our nation; declare that they refuse to be used as instruments of coercion and intimidation, declare that they will uphold their creed and stay true to the constitution they swore to protect, and not be motivated by greed and selfishness. We declare righteousness in our armed forces, in our police force and in all security agencies in our nation. Luke 3:14 And the soldiers likewise demanded of him, saying, And what shall we do? And he said unto them, Do violence to no man, neither accuse any falsely; and be content with your wages.

3. We pray against violence and crime all around this country; we arrest the present situation and declare that there be peace and safety all over Nigeria. We command a stop to the armed robbery, menace of the herdsmen, kidnappings and other forms of violent crime. We dispatch angels on the streets in all neighbourhoods, towns and cities all around this nation, frustrating and overwhelming the evil works of darkness and exposing all men of violence. We declare that the instruments of violence have failed; people will live their lives and conduct their affairs in peace and safety without fear. Psalms 78:5 - And he led them on safely, so that they feared not: but the sea overwhelmed their enemies. Joel 3:19-20 (AMPC) Egypt shall be a desolation and Edom shall be a desolate wilderness for their violence against the children of Judah, because they have shed innocent blood in their land. But Judah shall remain and be inhabited forever, and Jerusalem from generation to generation.

4. Pray fervently for righteousness and transparency to prevail in the policies regulating the Nigerian economy. We refuse for dishonest and corrupt individuals and organizations to continue to sabotage the nation and divert her wealth and resources in this sector; they shall proceed no further. We demand in the spirit that all corrupt mechanisms and structures established to serve unpatriotic aims be dismantled; because of our prayers, previously concealed potentials are unlocked in this sector. 2TIMOTHY 3:9 - But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men…

5. Pray fervently against subtle attempts to subdue Christianity in areas of northern states which are predominantly Christian. We declare that Christians in these lands are strengthened through our prayers today to put up a strong spiritual resistance to these moves, and granted wisdom to deploy all legal means to protect the faith and their inalienable fundamental rights. ESTHER 9:2 - The Jews gathered themselves together in their cities… to lay hand on such as sought their hurt: and no man could withstand them; for the fear of them fell upon all people. ISAIAH 59:19 - So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him.

6. Pray concerning the upcoming elections, that Christians and enlightened citizens of our nation will not unwittingly dissociate themselves from the electoral process, but that they will be actively mobilized and involved at every stage, taking personal responsibility for bringing about desired changes through the ballot. Pray also against manipulation of the polls, declaring that because of our involvement in the process, all such attempts are frustrated, and the will of the Lord is brought to pass. JOB 5:12-13[NLT] – He frustrates the plans of schemers so the work of their hands will not succeed. He traps the wise in their own cleverness so their cunning schemes are thwarted.
