For many activities the hamstring respond well to dynamic stretching compared to static. Dynamic stretches have shown to be more effective for power and strength movements in comparison to static stretches. The data on the effectiveness of stretching before physical activity on performance outcomes is still unclear. If you feel stretching helps you feel better and prepare for an activity, by all means include it in your routine.

If you have struggled with snacking late at night many times the best approach is to understand why we snack and how to prevent these cues or triggers. ‼️Keep in mind, eating late isn’t a bad thing‼️ it’s about finding the appropriate balance for your needs and wants.
