A bespoke cake made with monk fruit buttercream and coconut palm sugar was as an absolute treat. As per clients request I made the 2 cakes to serve approx 200 people. Subtle pastels colors to match the decor and handcrafted wafer paper petals.

Hand painted cake with intricate handcrafted details of precision from capri tiles, flowers and leaves to lemons. Follow the stories to watch the details.

The lemons are handcrafted chocolate entremets filled with layers of ooey gooey chocolate decadent flavours.

Our incredibly delicious Mango Mousse Cake is a Charlotte dessert being offered on Eid. The different flavours of mousse and the texture compliment each other.
