Here at Kori’s we strive for excellence in all we do. That means that we cook food and hand roll roti all day long. This unfortunately means that there is the possibility of selling out of particular items (roti included) 3 minutes before close, an hour before close, or even just shortly after our first rush, depending on just how hungry you are at lunch lol.
Although we do our best to anticipate all our business needs, sometimes we fall short. We apologize for any time that you have had to go home with an empty belly at our expense, but hope you understand it’s at the cost of freshness and NEVER because we are “lying to you because we just want to go home”

For those of you who know us, and know us well…we hope you’ll understand😉
Tomorrow, Thursday June 27, we will be closing at 3pm to attend our baby girl’s high school graduation. We could not be more proud of her, and absolutely would not miss this day for the world.
Our hours will be 11:00am-3:00pm Thursday, June 27, resuming regular business hours 11:00am-5:00pm, Friday June 28.

These two remarkable humans are why we do what we do…we may “only” be open to you 4 days a week, and take two weeks vacation a year…but they are the ones waiting at home for us after a 10-12 hour work day, or coming to help us prep on what everyone considers our days off..and they deserve every minute of our time when we are our not attending to our third child, Kori’s 😉
Chris and I wanted to thank you, our community, who has become our extended family, for your unwavering support after all these years; and your understanding in needing time to recharge with our not so little babies…
