Now that the cold weather is upon us again we invite everyone to come warm up at Spices Okotoks! We offer a wide range of delicious Indian curries (from sweet to spicy), premium biryani, and freshly made pakoras! Or visit us during the lunch hour to sample some Nepali favourites like momo dumplings, hakka noodles and fried rice. Beat those winter chills with hot chai, delicious curry and great company!!

Spices Okotoks is seeking experienced full-time and part-time servers immediately for daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.

Requirements:

• Be legally eligible to work in Canada
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid Pro-Serve or be able to obtain promptly
• Be proficient in English

The ideal candidate:

• Has at least two years working in the hospitality or service industry
• Has bartending experience or, at minimum, basic knowledge of preparing and serving beer, wine & cocktails
• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously
• Is capable of working in both a team environment and independently where required
• Learns quickly and is able to take direction when provided

Happy Summer everyone! We are thrilled to announce our return to full capacity operations! At the request of several customers we hope this update will provide some answers regarding what Stage 3 will look like for Spices Okotoks.
1.) While masks are no longer mandatory our staff will continue to wear theirs for at least the next little while. We believe this decision will allow us to serve our customers best while also ensuring that the staff our small family business stay happy, healthy and ready to serve you.
2.) Our dining room layout no longer reflects the socially distanced layout you have to come to know, however we recognize that adjusting to life post-pandemic may take some time so should you feel more comfortable sitting apart from the rest of our guests give us a call and let us know what measures you would like us to take to ensure your experience at Spices is a great one!
