Dr Billy wanted to thank Jody for being the absolute best Hygienist with OSC over the last 10 years. She has been here the longest of all the staff, since the doors have opened. She has talked about wanting to get a pair of loops for years….

What are loops you ask? 👓

Well they are those funny magnifying glasses you see our Dentists and Hygienists wearing to help see in your mouth even better and allowing for better posture along the way. 👩🏼‍🔬🦷

These have been on Jody’s wish list for some time now, Dr Billy wanted to surprise her with a pair of her own after her 10 years of service. 🎉She is very deserving and we hope these make doing her job a little easier and do it comfortably for years to come. Thank you for all the you do and we are so lucky to have you leading the team at Orillia Smile Centre.

We’ve watched your children grow over the years, patients have become friends and it’s been a blessing building these relationships over the years. 🫶🏼

It’s our lovely Treatment Coordinator’s 7 year Anniversary with OSC, and we couldn’t be more thankful for this little lady. She is Dr. Billy’s right hand and the trainer of all staff in the back, our IT person in times of simpler need, she also does maintenance in the OP’s. There isn’t much that this girl can’t do, and her hard work is never not noticed. 👩🏻‍🔬

She comes to work with a smile on her face ready to give out patients the absolute best service. We thank you for all that you do and cheers to another 7 years together! Thanks so much we appreciate you beyond words!!!! 🤗🦷🎉

First off thank you so much for everything you’ve done for the office and continue to do to help us learn, by training new staff, and helping the team by staying late, or coming in on a day off if somebody is sick. You are kind, caring and patient with everyone even if you’re having a bad day yourself. Not to mention you are an absolutely INCREDIBLE a dental hygienist.

we can’t say enough good things about you and this is a real true milestone all around - we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Here is a case done a while back by Dr. Billy. 👨🏻‍⚕️

This patient had a much older set of veneers done back in the early 90’s. After some aging and gum recession she wanted to have a fresh new smile back.

Dr. Billy carefully removed the existing 3-3 crowns and placed 12 upper crowns.

The teeth are now protected, and came out look just gorgeous. 🦷

So wonderful seeing how much a smile can help with a person’s confidence and overall happiness. 🤍
