Throwback to our first gig together! My oh my we have come such a way since April 2023

I love this community. I love this business. I have learned so so so much but the most important thing is to give ourselves grace. We are mothers, daughters, sisters, aunties and so much more! Please be kind and remember- we are also doing our best while we navigate life.

Nonna's team of women are so talented, so strong, so passionate and so full of love!

Last night had the first Night Market and my heart is bursting 💞

I pulled a crew together quickly and they killed it!

I am so incredibly proud of this team. But I am completely BLOWN AWAY but both of these communities.

Laura at Greely just has such a power to alchemize space and community. Just wow!

My kids came to Greely last night and it's such an honour to show them the community in which these organizers have created. So happy to each have a special and personalized hat

This business is just so much more to me than pizza. This business creates jobs for other local women, it provides jobs for our childcare providers, it shows our children that their mothers can create and be integral parts of community.

So thank you- thank you for supporting our local business, families, communities and passion, dreamers, change makers of our community! 😘

I'm Erin and I own and operate Nonna's 🍕. We started as a not for profit selling pizza kits back in 2020, donating over $48K to charities, not for profits, clubs, teams, hospitals, schools and other imperative Community Initiatives in Ottawa and Napanee area.

We now have a growing team of 5 women, travel around Ontario with our portable pizza ovens, providing authentic fire cooked Italian pizza, delicious salads and amazing fresh baked goods by our in house baker cam of .fleurfarine

💖 Girl's Night Out 2024: Rosé All Day 💖

What a group of amazing women. The vision of Girls Night was always this. Women supporting women, humans coexisting, living and loving on eachother, meeting and fostering relationships.

To everyone who has ever supported this event I thank you. I thank you for seeing its purpose, feeling its impact and growing it together.

Tamara Spearing is the founder of the Gwen Effect Foundation. She has a diploma in Child and Youth Care with a post-grad certificate in autism and behavioural science. She works for St. Lawrence College as a Learning Specialist supporting students with disabilities.

In 2019, Tamara Spearing became a mother to her beautiful daughter Gwendolyn. Gwen was born premature and with TEF. Through her experience as a medical mom and now a bereaved mother she is transforming her grief and turning her pain into a purpose by advocating for premature babies as well as, raising critical funds for children and youth who have one or more medical diagnosis while offering her support to families in need. Tamara is a born Empathise. She finds joy in the little things that life has to offer and loves unconditionally as she knows how precious our time is together.

We honour you Tamara and Gwen through this event and this crew right here always has your back, mama!

Meet founder of The Gwen Effect Foundation.

My name is Tamara Spearing and I am the Mama of a medically complex babe, now angel. In honour of my brave, shining girl, I have established The Gwen Effect. It is a charitable foundation that advocates, inspires, and teaches for resilience and hope for infants who are born prematurely and/or with complex medical conditions. Our mission is to raise critical funds that advance research care and treatment for infants who were born early. For children and youth who have received one or more medical diagnoses while also providing support and resources to their families through both sunshine and rain. 🌻

On June 22nd, Tamara and friends will join us as we celebrate her work, as she continues to honour her daughter, while raising funds to help her foundation support more families and medically complex children in the community.
