This year the REDBLACKS celebrate 10 years of Football! They unveiled a new jersey, new DJ pregame, and halftime, and $10 premium tallboys (including our custom new Blitz Brew) and they welcomed back so many of their alumni to help them celebrate. For the Canada Day Game (JUNE 30TH), we also have a concert by BIG WRECK (pre-game and halftime) and a huge fireworks show (post-game). (May I add BIG WRECK will be sitting in the end zone with us) and the concert stage is RIGHT beside us!)

June 30th! OK not me specifically really but I can pretend right?? This is the premium group area just above the Log Cabin in the West Endzone. Great view of the field, private bar, comfy furniture throughout, and right next to the stage where Big Wreck will be playing. These are not for sale publicly, the cost $70 taxes and fees included.

Its insightful, informative, and also entertaining. Kat pours her heart out, she shares raw life experiences and feelings. If only we could all be this open and honest. When reading this book you learn, you feel and you realize. Great read!!!

Back from a great week at the cottage ! Amazing weather, great food, loads of water activities and great company. Loads of relaxation, gave the body a fitness break…….Now back to reality.

How does your garden grow? Sciarra Organics are growing well. Not the biggest garden but it’s a start. We have tomatoes, cucumbers, beans, peas and a couple kinds of lettuce. Gardens love rain water and warmer temps. Rain is not all bad.

Rain or rain we hit the trails. Shocking NO ONE out here today. Took time to think, listen, jam out, chat with who ever. Be alone by yourself is real skill, you should try it. Shockingly rewarding and I feel refreshed (not just from the rain and fresh air) but from being alone for me time.

Next chapter begins May 1st 2023……on the road to becoming a certified personal trainer!! My passion for fitness and wellness keeps growing, coaching over the last 2 years has lead me to this.
