Write that at the top of a fresh page in your book. And follow these 6 easy steps to DIG deep into your thoughts, DECLUTTER your mind, and DISCOVER what’s keeping you stuck and how to move forward. 1: Be in a comfortable and quiet writing space. 2: Set your timer for 5 minutes. 3: Write without stopping. No reading, changing words, crossing out or correcting! 4: When the time is up, choose a word, phrase, or sentence that grabs your attention. 5. Add that to the top of a fresh page. 6.
